PGVPAngloCarbon manufacture and supply excellent quality piston rings and rider rings. Our rings are manufactured specifically for your application and we can accomodate for smaller orders through to large batches.

Our piston and rider rings have been used for a wide variety of engine types and have served industries such as transportation, manufacturing, oil, gas and energy.

In order to prevent contact between the cylinder and piston, we manufacture our rings from a wide range of materials all manufactured in-house and selected or designed to meet your requirements.

Non lubricated applications are our speciality, even in bone dry operating conditions. However our materials are proven in both wet and dry gases, and feature low coefficients of expansion able to cope with higher PVs than many filled PTFE and PEEK based materials currently on the market.

Due to extensive investment in the latest CNCs and automation, impregnation and lapping facilities we can deliver solid, segmented or cut rings on exceptionally short lead times to exacting tolerances.
