An extensive range of materials are manufactured for domestic applications with a long and proven track record, both for electrical and mechanical uses.
In both instances, we have high volume ‘moulded to size’ manufacturing capabilities, and with our in-house press shop, we are also able to press simple brush holders and brush cards to customer specifications.
Electrical
Our fractional horse power/micro motor domestic electrical grades are generally resin bonded graphite, copper graphite, silver graphite, carbographite and electrographites. This range of materials routinely solve issues with:

Mechanical
For domestic mechanical applications, we manufacture resin bonded graphite and a wide range of PTFE filled materials which again can be moulded to shape, for seals, bearings and washers.
