We have developed a range of high performance metallic composite graphite carbon brush materials for use in both instrumentation and power. Instrumentation covers a whole range of digital signals for position feedback circuits, control electronics and camera signals, power for high current starter motors and generators through to low current servo drive motors.
The high performance of our metallic graphite carbon brush materials are designed with the consideration of the major influencing factors, effecting carbon brush wear rates, such as sliding speeds. Environmental and electrical conductivity have been greatly reduced by materials which are compounded with a very careful balance of the properties of lubricity and ohmic values compared to more traditional materials widely available.
